Yeah I got the feeling from him that since mine were totally from blueprints, that he wants to get them just right.

He has pulled all of his stock merchandise off Ebay temporarily, while he deals with customer service and shipping issues. He has been in contact with me and several other customers in the interim however, so we do not feel he is closing shop or anything. You can contact him via email (info-at-theleatherboutique.com).

He hasn't answered my emails for close to a month now. All I want is for him to make good on the errors on my boots have.

May 5th was the last I heard from him. He said he would send me pix "next week."
Starting to get a bit concerned myself.

I had someone e-mail me asking about dealing with him. He was possibly going to make my g/f some princess leia boots but haven't heard back from him on the questions we had.
Hmm odd indeed, does he realize his hit and miss with customers is seriously not hurting him as much as his customer service?.

I think it's time to start looking for another boot supplier. It obvious from his actions that he no longer will take responsibility for his mistakes. If he had just done what I asked & paid for, there would be none of this.

I checked around a bit, but most of the bootmakers I found showed all western style boots, and came in around $700 -$1000. Haven't found any polo style bootmaker that comes in around $300 and can build from blueprints.
Carlos is still the best game in town, if he can get his casa in order.

I agree he was the best price around for custom boots and his work was great for the price, but now all my inquiries have gone unanswered for more than month and I'm stuck with boots that were not made to my specs. If you are in contact with him in any way, please have him answer his emails and follow through on his obligations.

Yeah the person who e-mailed me about him I guess has heard from him. I dunno i see all points of view here, when the stuff id right it's good, but it's a lot of hassle does he know how much fans and groups like this can shut him down ?. We spend a lot on this stuff but don't frell us around.
I hope he can get his Housienda cleaned too, but he has to clean it soon.
