Wow 100 episodes will last about 5 years. Nice to see and there's always the chance they'll extend it.

Re-Watched RotS, and we noticed something that could indicate signs of life on Master Windu's part.... When he's being hit by the Force lightning, the second before he is launched from the window, he makes a sound of exertion... Could that sound be an indicator that he gives a last-ditch Force push to throw himself clear of the danger? (even if it meant risking a long fall, which he'd successfully survived in Clone Wars) Once more, I believe there's the possibility that Master Windu might have survived...

I agree. I mean if he was second to Yoda, and Yoda fought against Sidious and still survived, why couldn't Mace do the same thing? I think he survived that fall and that blast of Force lightning as well.

Well, on the commentary, Lucas said that the only thing Sam requested (other than the purple lightsaber) was 'a cool death', so that was what he was given, but, from hearing that 'grunt' just before he launches/is launched into the air, I think that's a good sign that he could've survived (or at least been able to)

I think Mace could have survived the fall. We've seen other examples of how Jedi use the force to control how they fall. But when he landed, he would have been under fire by a dozen or so clone troopers. If he could not find his saber, then he would have been defenseless.

not according to the Clone Wars cartoons......Mace used his saber just to be "tidy" about things in those.......

Hmmm... He might have survived... I think Lucas 'officially' killed him like he 'officially' killed Boba, like someone said a while back. I feel a FanFiction coming on...

He survived!! He fell 3 miles down like Anakin did in EPII and landed on a passer-by shuttle. Surprised by a 1-handed jedi landing through the front window of their speeder, they land at the nearest port, nurse him back to health, keeping him secret, hidden from sidious to where he falls in love, has a child, carring the mother's last name. Never knowing who the true father is, Mace, his wife, and their son, "Lando" move to cloud city. :-)
