Hello Leda! Your profile, costumes, and writing are stunning. The Force certainly is strong with you. May it run well through your family. I can see the published memoir now: My Mom the Jedi. Keep on writing. Write every day, whether about Star Wars or your own passions and ideas. I hope you overcome the shyness – where else could your SW writing be at home, welcomed, and devoured but in the safe confines of the Assembly among throngs of appreciative virtual friends? Don't stop working on your novel/screenplay idea. I'm about to begin the revision of my first novel, and I'm here to tell you that you can do anything you set your mind to if you have the right outlook. Call it a Certain Point of View. You see, I used to be proud to be called a dreamer. I had many dreams, being a novelist included. Then about six months ago I decided that dreams are great as fuel or the igniting spark, but they will never be realized unless I tranform them into goals. So now, I don't talk about my dreams anymore. I talk about my goals and how I'm going to accomplish them. And just now I realized that Yoda's been telling me me that for 26 years: "Do, or do not. There is no try." Regards, Tolif Espen

I do need to finish that fiction I posted an eighth of... and I do need to paint a portrait for my sister of her kids that I promised her... Dreamer is my middle name I think... also part of my ebay name-- heheh... But... for 10 years now I've been dreaming of learning to ride a motorcycle... and guess what, I'm doing it... I got a permit and my Rider education class is on May 7-8! Many things have fallen by the wayside because I didn't make them happen... not any more! Life's too short.

I've been involved with motorcycle safety in Indiana in one aspect or another all my life (interesting story that I'll tell sometime) and I've been hoping to see someone involved on here. I'd appriciate it if you'd tell is how it goes. Before they get a chance to say it, I'd like to first...Welcome to the Ride.

Well, Dad was an instructor for a long time, since I was 1 year old. At the most I got to hang around cool people who rode motorcycles, and got to stay in a hotel 3 weekends a year. A few years later he retired the instructor position but kept slightly involved with the whole process. Four years ago the Evansville training site was suffering the loss of a what we call a Range Rat. Range Rat's are just general help. Anyway, Dad got me in over there. That same year Washington Indiana opened their own range, and I transfered. I've been working over there since that time. Now I'm about to turn 18 and that means that I'm going to become an instructor. So as of June 23rd I'm gonna be an INSTRUCTOR!! Well I hope that enlightened you a bit, and if you want me to clear up anything, shoot me off the questions!!

Yeah fan fics... I have too many and none are done enough to post except for the short bit I have up on my website. I get aggrivated when I read a fanfic and the person never finishes it, yet I'm guilty of that! One day and counting... I bought a helmet yesterday. I haven't been this excited about something in years! If all goes well, I have just enough saved to buy a starter bike.... I've been looking.... ;D

I PASSED ! ! ! I got my motorcycle licsence![/b][/size] Wow, what a thrill! I'm an official biker now! The class was excellent. The instructors were superb. I found the manual a bit confusing at first, but the instructors did a fantastic job of explaining everything and keeping it lighthearted and fun, while stressing the importance of being safe on the road. Now for the DIRT.....

Thanks thanks...
Wow... it's funny how many people are questioning my husband, asking "how could you let your wife do this?" Then they all have stories that emphasize how unsafe motorcycling is. It's getting to be a bit unnerving.
