Thrawn has so much depth to him. One of the few well-rounded EU characters I have seen. They have given him enough books to really grown and this is an excellent way to show him up-and-coming

Insense that is true. Now with OBF & SQ we get more of a complete picture the old & the new. I would also agree that Obi-Wan & Anakin didn't need to be there. There's still room from both to explore those dreadnaughts even further or have they been done yet? I wonder if Luke found more of the records he was looking for fro OBF.

C'Boath...I loved how they discribed him walking down the street...how everyone moved out of his way, basically 'parted' a path for him. Then poor Lorana...she just blended in the crown and walked thru the crowd...like normal people and Jedi...blended in. C'Boath was not very Jedi in his actions and mannerism...He waas much more self-centered and motivated to his goals.

Lorana I really liked. She actually seemed to be a very good Jedi despite the way she was taught. I think she had the good foundation under her and could see the faults in her Master

as with jedimom I'm late - had to finish watching ep 1 lol.
I thought that C'Boath was truly going against the code on many occasions - he seemed to think that if it didn;t suit his needs he could bend it or in some cases even brake it. he didn't have much consideration for others and I really hated his commanding additude.
I agree that obiwan and anakin were kinda thrown in there but at least it was done with some decency and didn't really ruin their images any.
I'll tell ya reading this makes me want to reread sq asap...

What about her brother?
I worte a story here about a year or so ago (under Fan Fiction) about my character meeting her sister. That reminded me very much of my story and makes me wonder if Zahn visits this site LOL.
You never know....

Lorana would be a good member here, LOL She would! Lorana's what I picture a Jedi as...serving the people, never thinking of herself first...just as how her and Thrass dies...saving others. I really liked her character too. I thought it was interesting how the other Jedi didn't dear stand up to C'Boath. And how the workers...what was his name...did, but B'boath was able to silence hime thru the force so he couldn't tell Thrawn.
