im actually not really sure what its made out of but its not any kind of leather unlike my tunic or tabbards, but im not sure what to do for pants yet, im thinking they should be white, but kinda hard to find white pants

If you can't find any white pants that are suitable, you might want to think about making them using a man's pajama pattern. They can be tapered for a tighter fit or widened if you want a looser fit.

White might be a little stark, natural might be a better choice, as for patterns, there are a couple of simple patterns in the costume section of most pattern catalogues, they are usually as basic as a pattern can get.

I got most of my pants at the Goodwill. I'm not sure how hard it is to find them for men, but plain cotton pants with plain side searms and no back pockets work well for Jedi costumes.

Since the waistband will be covered up by your tunic and the bottoms tucked into your boots, you can also use a pair of karate pants. I have several pair, and dyed one khaki to match the Jedi costume. No sewing, get a men's size 6.

Well you, my friend, are in Japan, where karate originated... you can probably walk into any martial arts dojo and but a uniform easily enough. But if you wanted to just order one for delivery, you can snag a pair cheap from our old friend e-Bay... Size 6 Pants
