www.akaimpc.com/obiwanfx.html - not 56k friendly!  From what I see Master Tanthos you are in for the best force-fx saber yet! Note that it does seem to still use the 3 AA battery system instead of Mauls new AAA system. But carries the new thicker blade.  AND ALL METAL PARTS!!! ;D

Well I just got my Obi-Wan FX!!!!!! It is by far the best FX saber I have ever seen or held. It is truly a piece of art and worthy of a Jedi's grip!! My son is playing with it now. I can't wait to duel with it and have it with me at DragonCon! |

Any word if these will be available at Wal-Mart? The Manager at the local Best Buy said he is trying to get some in before Halloween.

So far it takes Wal-Mart.com about 3 months to release a new saber on their website once it's released by Master Replicas.

I got mine yesterday as well. Very cool!!!  Sounds nice and looks great! I don't know if it's just me, but it seems to be quite a bit brighter than the others, even Anakin's ROTS. It looks really great in the dark. SWEEEEEET!!!! ;D |

I got mine today and it is very cool and very unique and I like it. Now this Jedi has 4 Jedi Light Sabers i need an extra set of arms lol. I like the hilt on this one its balanced perfect in everyway. I will have my collection with me at Dcon.

What's the typical price for the Obi-Wan saber? I'd like to get one, and I think it's a safe bet that the dealers at DragonCon will have them, but what's a good price and what's typical shipping cost?

Total after shipping thru MR was under $130, but I think Ebay has them cheaper...

Schph saw it at hmmmm...I think it was WindyCon... here in Chicago last weeked and they were selling them for only $117.00. LiObiWan bought one there.
Of course, mine was the usual $119.00 from the MR site.
