unfortunately no schph. i am thinking on having the mandalore symbol done though, but all my money as of lately has been geared on finishing my jedi costume (which is 99% done) and buying lightsabers ;D

I don't mind admitting I have one, on my left shoulder blade. However, I'm a little reserved about admitting to a bunch of Jedi that my tatoo is the Imperial emblem. Let's just say I work at a very "Imperial" place and it seemed fitting. On a related note, the South Carolina legislature just approved revoking our ban on tattoos. So, if the Governor signs it, that leaves only Oklahoma, I think.

Who had a ban on Tattoos and why? That's cool if it's an imperial tattoo.............. I like the imperial logo better than the rebel insignia anyway. Did I say that? Hey I like the lightsaber best of all, k?

It is illegal to apply tatoos in Massachusetts, but it isn't illegal to go to NH, get one, and come back. I didn't know there were any bans on having tatoos.

Why would there be a ban in the first place? Is it a cleanliness issue or somehting?

The ban I was referring to was on applying tattoos, not having them. I didn't know about MA. Last I heard on SC and OK were left with the bans, and it looks like ours is gone, or will be in the near future. I actually had mine done twice. Most places have a policy that allows you to return a few weeks later and have it touched up. Although I liked the shape of my tattoo from the first place, I wasn't pleased with the evenness of the black. I went to a better place and they went over it all again for me, but had to pay almost the full price of a new tattoo. It was worth it, though, since it came out so much better. Believe it or not, years ago I responded to a domestic violence call and the guy actually showed me his homemade tattoo equipment. Of course, he was quick to tell me that he never applies tattoos in SC.

Oh, thanks for clearing that up. I thought it was on having them. So now we know that it is illegal to apply them in MA, SC, and OK. The SC ban will soon be lifted, but who knows about the other two. I wonder if there are any other states with tatoo bans ? Laan, are you a police officer? Your post seems to imply that .

I have the scull on BF shoulder bell. It's black with flames coming up around it. It's pretty cool. I have the same but in sticker form on the back of my truck.
