hey, i have an ROTJ (luke) style lightsaber hilt, and i was just wondering what the best kind of clip to use in order to attach it to a belt?
The saber has a D ring

the first one on that page looks like it'd work, but it's very narrow and the clip part seems too long to be effective. the second one looks like it wouldn't work well with the D-Ring, it'd get hung up easily. The best I've seen is on saberbelt, but alas (as is with those great Screw Back Rivets) you have to buy in bulk  |

Hello I went thru this just a couple a days ago!
I emailed Mr Dave at Saberbelt and he stood firm but was very nice on his saber hooks bulk package deal. I was gonna put a covertec knob on my graflex but changed my mind!
I made a pretty close to what you could call a saber hook looks okay.
This is a ideal maybe if some of us got together and put some high ranking Jedi Council memeber in charge of securing the hooks for us after we sent the money and get a good crafted saberhook from Dave.
Even though I made one I still want one of his!
and I'm thinking about really getting the package just for one but that is kinda silly but if I want it I get and right now I want to become a Jedi
sorta being back in school and going on the school trip type of thing!

Don Solo and Ad**nitestar - maybe one of you would like to arrange a bulk order for others - this way you get the clip and/or rivets you need as well as help others get what they need.............. ? if five future Jedi got together to order the clips would you send out to each person who came on the order or would that kill you on shipping!
I'm thinking each person could paypal you then when five orders were complete bam the best saberhook in the galaxy lol.
I shoulda got that saberhook on eBay when I saw it. (Bangs head on wall)
I'm about ready to order belt I believe cause your the man!

i would be more than willing to be part of a bulk buy of those hooks, say get someone to order them in bulk (everyone chip in) and then get them to send them off to us?
we could pay the person for all the shipping, but whoever it is would still have to do alot of work in sending away all the hooks
now this is a Jedi challenge! ;D

well i'm a kid and for safty i can't give my age but it between 10 and 15, anyway i have a problem trusting ppl on the internet that i send my money too.

well, i've seen alot of message boards and i can tell you that this is the most close-knit of any ive seen. I hardly know anyone here, and yet I have a strange feeling that i can trust all of you oh, and if the person decides to scam ya, you can report them to an upper-level Jedi and they will most likely get banned. Anybody who is willing to put forward the effort to join these boards won't risk that, at least not for the relatively small amount of these saber hooks. |
