I was able to get my f/x Yoda lightsaber down tonight for the 1st time since DC with my LEFT hand ---it felt soooooooo good in my hand. I attempted to very slow twirl it in my left hand & was able to WITHOUT pain.
I can also go from toylightsaber hilt to good metal lightsaber hilt for other things. ;D ;D ;D

I have FINALLY started sorting through my sewing room in my new apartment. I'm way behind schedule, but it's the last room that needs to be put in order.
What a lot of stuff. The new room is slightly smaller than the old one, but with a larger closet, so I really need to decide on what to get rid of. But first, I have to sort the fabric by color. I have found that I will compromise on fabric color for something before fabric type.

Yay! After more than three months of biting our nails, the check that my dad has been waiting for FINALLY came yesterday!  It was suppossed to take six weeks...but at least we got it. Now we can do a few more things for the house. |

Quicher now has a son-in-law ;D.   After a horrendous amount of more mistakes for a wedding prep that could be counted  , her daughters wedding went on without a hitch, almost(the florist forgot to send the flowers that were to be thrown but they figured out how to compensate for that). The wedding Ceremony itself & the reception went like clockwork.Laura made a beautiful bride  . Her new husband is a Marine & he wore his Marine uniform for the wedding---very very handsome he was. Quicher, herself looked beautiful ;D--- normally I see her in "knock" around clothes. If I receive permission to post a picture of Laura & her husband I will. I'm hoping I can at least post a pic of her in her wedding dress---it was unique. ;DCongrats Quicher on a successful wedding for your daughter & son-in-law. |

My laptop is repaired & working again YIPEE!. They had to replace the hard drive, fortunately it was under warrenty.

The high school music listening team that I coach took third place at State yesterday in their first ever trip to the State contest. Even better, they're all underclasspersons, and will all return next year!

WOOHOO I finally passed the written part of my CDL test...i now have my permit and will be taking my road test in the next 2 weeks....
