This is where I got my Adi Gallia boots. They are very nice and extremely well made to last forever, although they did not fit me well. I do have strange measurements...LOL.... Quite a few others have gotten their jedi boots there and have been very satisifed....click on StarWars on the left hand side to see the others... motorcowboy.zoovy.com/product/STAR3

I've been shopping at Chadwicks for years. I like those riding boots with buckles at instep and at the top. They look like Jedi boots to me. However, I've ordered 2 sets of boots from Chadwicks over the past couple years and have sent them back as they didn't fit.
I finally found inexpensive boots at Penny's, locally that I could try on before buying. I then added lots of straps and buckles.....which were (wait for it)......brown leather dog collars.

Whoa!!! Love those combat trooper boots!!! Also like the Frye 14 inch campus engineer
This site could be dangerous to my umm...pocketbook
Actually I just got boots in the mail today...found the box buried in the snowplow pile (luckily they weren't damaged)! Yes, it was an exchange of an exchange...but this time they fit ;D ;D ;D I'd post the URL but the picture is no longer on the site. Guess I got the last one!

Dog collars are a good idea! I didn't think of that. I used cut up belts and velcro on my 1st pair. I still have them but they are uncomfortably tight. They make my little toe go numb!

The great thing is that all of these come in wide width (D).
Are there any men's catalogs out there that would have boots? But not cowboy...

Leda...I love the boots you have and you can't beat that price. I was wondering about the calf size. I have muscular calves and they are bigger than most boots....Are these boots stretchy at all? I could wear a 9-D easily. I don't like my toes cramped at all. I am just concerned about the calf area.

Don't count on it. Had problems with several tries last year.

That is depressing. I guess I'll have to go to my local tack shop and have them order me a pair. I really hate paying $300.00 plus, but I guess if they fit good, it'll be worth it.

I think that's my only answer as well, or try motorcowboy. I think what I'm looking for are polo boots, which are at least adjustable, you might try some of the Durango boots, even some of the men's styles look good, I've considered that as well, and they're at least a little less than custom riding boots. I might try the local capezio, as the do boots for the B'way shows, some look good, not sure of the cost, but will check.
