hi again,
i was wondered if darth mauls tunics can b considered as a jedi order tunic. i really like the style of his tunic, and i was curious if would b acceptable for a jedi, since darth maul was an apprentice of the dark lord, or if i was to change the colors of the tunic.
thanx for ur help, psychosi

A council member will likely confirm this but every time this question is answered one is referred to the FAQ's on the main website www.thejediassembly.com/faq.php?PHPSESSID=1028fa25913e108c585056cf6f6aaa75, which say: " Who can Join the Assembly?Anyone, except minors under the age of eighteen, can join if they possess a Jedi costume and will submit a well lit picture of themselves in that costume. This costume can be from any of the SW movies or what has been written about in the SW Expanded Universe. No Fallen-Jedi or Sith practitioner costuming is being accepted at this time." So, no black tunics. If you like the cut of the tunics but intend to be a Jedi, then I think you could make tunics in that style but in lighter colors.

Yeah, What She said, the style is fine, but the only black Jedi costume we accept is Luke's ROTJ in total replica. Maul did have some great styles though. I think they'd look very cool in proper Jedi colours. Why don't you give it a go?

oh noooooooo.... sounds like you have "real-life-itis"....lol... costume making usually does have to set on the back burner many times as we confront life's daily issues..... sigh... thankfully.....we all practice Jedi patience...you will finish eventually....

So...I have a mental picture of this, and it is fuzzy but it seems cool...any progress, Mathias? Or did this costume die from a fatal bout of real-life-itis? I'm about three years overdue, so I'll soon break out in reality-hives.
