Does Anybody Know? Questions about parts of a toy?

Does anybody know if the 12 inch EpI Qui Gonn w/Tatooine Poncho has a belt, the brown rubber one that goes over the obi sash? There is no easy way to tell until you take it out of the box and when I took mine out of the box he didn't. He hadn't been out of his box before I got him so I wondered if they were all that way, or if he's missing a piece. Took me long enough to find him, I' m gonna be really bugged if he's supposed to have a belt.

Sorry.....I don't collect the 12" figures...it is too hard and too expensive just to do the 3 3/4....but an interesting point. The 12" figures would be a good guide for a costume if they were accurate...but it looks like you have found out that they are not entirely accurate....
That's a shame.......
