Cosmic Logic and the Jedi Philosophy

There's a book published by the Aetherius Society www.aetherius.org/ entitled: 'You Are Responsible!' by Dr. George King. In this book there is a chapter called Cosmic Logic which was delivered by a Man from the Planet Venus. This chapter was particularly interesting as much of it has a direct relevance to the Jedi Philosophy. Of course, many will state that life on Venus is quite impossible, however, and let's assume for instance that there is some reality in ghosts and discarnate beings on Earth, we must then also conclude, if this is the case, that other Planet's too, must have their own version of other realms of existence. Certainly from a Star Wars perspective this is in-tune with the idea that life can exist beyond the base physical level which we are familiar! 

Anyway, here's the extract!

THE MASTER AETHERIUS (The Aetherius Society equivalent, perhaps, of a JEDI GRAND MASTER)

''You are not alone in your struggles - you have never been alone in your struggles for Spiritual supremacy. We have been aware, for centuries, of the tremendous battle now raging on Terra (Earth) -  a battle between basic materialism on the one hand, and Spirituality and Enlightenment on the other.

Now, when some of you regard the apparent surface chaos of your Planet, you are apt to be despondent. Cast this despondency to the winds, for it is a useless garment - it could never keep you warm because the winds of doubt could blow through its coarse weave and you would freeze. 

Discard your despondency!

Have Courage, Hope and Faith that your most honourable aspiration will be fulfilled by a greater magic than any other magic - the magic that is brought about by the Power within you.

We are on the verge of a new terrestrial age during which the Ancient Teachings will be presented in a more modern way.

Your theatres and your broadcasting system will be used by those few who have the light within them. See how powerful they can be! 

Never before, in the history of this Planet were people called upon, as they are being called upon today!

Every Initiate is being called upon to do his best. Every Disciple, every Follower, is being called upon to do his part too.

If you fail then God would fail.

If you say this is possoble, then I must smile in unbelief. Your books say that the Light of God Never Fails - it never has done and it never will! 

If you want one impossible thing, this is it - all else is possible.''


Commentary:

Although this is a very short extract from a very interesting talk I could point out a few relevant parts. ''Your theatres and your broadcasting system will be used by those few who have the Light within them. See how powerful they can be!'' Indeed this is true, least we forget the amazing inspiration of George Lucas' Star Wars universe! Of course, we could replace 'Light' equally well with - 'Force!'.

''Every Initiate is being called upon to do his best.'' Now, I had a look at the Jedi equivalent and to my surprise discovered that they to have their Jedi Initiates! 

''Every Disciple, every Follower, is being called upon to do his part too.'' Here's a few examples of the Aetherius Society 'Disciples and Followers' using the Force upon what they regard as a Holy Mountain or 'Force Nexus'!






Lot's of interesting thoughts here, and of course, the Aetherius Society isn't the only 'Force Active Order' on Earth today!

I should add a last extract to this from the same book, 'You Are Responsible' - same chapter - which states:

THE MASTER AETHERIUS

''God is the Eternal Simple.
Complications mean deviation from Simplicity.
Simplicity is Oneness.
Deviation from Oneness is acceptance of Duality.
Duality is changeable - like time.
That which is changeable is not Reality,
therefore belief in Oneness is the essence of the acceptance of Reality.
Now, as Reality is God and God is Eternal,
therefore God is the only Eternal Simple in the whole Macro-cosmic System

This, my friends, is Cosmic Logic.''

According to The Aetherius Society:

''There will come a time when a Cosmic Master will come to Earth and walk openly among humankind for all to see. We do not know exactly when, or who the intelligence will be, but we have been told clearly that this will happen.''

And that, ''He will come with all his powers, as a cosmic being, and will prove his credentials so that there can be no doubt whatsoever about who he really is...''

We know that such an Individual has been prophecied by many other religions throughout the centuries and that he will be the one to bring 'Balance to the Force''!
