Well Star Wars Reads Day was a blast, and a re-debut of sorts that the Jedi of the Toronto area are very much alive and well. While there are only two of us in the local GTA currently active, we had plenty of backup in the 501st Legion to help promote Star Wars Reads here in Toronto. My disappointment though comes from Indigo losing their partnership with DK books so they lost their chance to do more. Up here in Canada, SWR day isn't really as largely promoted or celebrated as it is in the US, which is disappointing because everybody loves Star Wars (and the kids did as well), which could benefit if it were in a larger venue than a local public library. Still, for what we got, the turnout was fantastic and kids loved seeing Jedi and Stormtroopers hanging out. Maybe next year we can extend our influence!

Fantastic job!!!
"But Lord, during the most troubling and trying parts of my life, why was there only one set of footprints?" "Because," said the Lord. "Sandpeople always ride in single file to hide their numbers."
