Book of Sith: Need Page Numbers for inserts!

Someone borrowed my copy of the Book of Sith and was warned to keep the page inserts on the right pages. Of course, he didn't. I'm a perfectionist. Does anyone have the correct numbers for where the various inserts go? Thanks!
