It is mostly about Lucas and 'Red Tails', but there is plenty of background about SW. I tend to side with Lucas on the SW movies in general. There are things that I like more and things that I like less in them, but they're Lucas's movies. He's the one who sweat blood to get the first SW movie out, so he can do what he likes. That kind of artistic independence is so rare to see, even if I'm not happy what he comes up with or don't want to buy it, I really, really admire the fact that he can do it.
