Greetings from me - Mikel / Modeleer!
I'm offering these to RPF members with an early pre-order discount of $40 - discount limited to the First 12 orders. (Reg, $50) Shipping is Not included. I will ship WorldWide.
The Grapple Spike Launcher (GSL) will be assembled & finish painted to resemble various tones of silver metals. (I plan on making my own Jedi Pouch to holster the GSL & will include 2 or 3 extra Spikes).
But first things first...
The following images show the GSL finished in primer:
Detail of the Spike end - I decided to dress an unknown area in the fashion of ILM - using a part from an ol' Lindberg kit to create a split level / saw tooth/gear type detail.
Detail of da Hook end - I chose a Nichimo Panther' drive sprocket to add a taste of mechanical flavor, with-out taking anything away from the look of the original prop.
