Colonial corsets are actually a tad more uncomfortable than Elizabethan/Ren. but they're pretty similiar, most of the difference is where the hoops, petticotes and panniers or bum rolls are, and the size of them. Alot depends on the station of the person, wealthy or peasant etc., and occupation, unless it's court garb, linen and wool are our friends.
The Vikings are a custom job for a magazine, they're very FANTASY/WAGNER, with horns and all, but I'll have a great sword collection afterward.

I think they did have sterile strips and individually wrapped sterile things, but no gloves. My bicycle got hit last week (bruises only) and the paramedics who showed up had blue hands. I don't know why they use that color of gloves.

Glad you weren't to badly hurt, but that had to be scary. Sorry about your bicycle, hope it wasn't to badly damaged, I know you use it for transport alot.
