Hi,

I am wondering if there are still Canadian Jedi, out there that I can talk to and maybe one day meet. I am on the out most rim of the Outer Rim, being in Fort Erie, ON. It's close to nothing except Buffalo, NY.

By way of more of an introduction, My real name is Paul, I have been a SW fan and collector for years and have just recently gotten the costuming bug. I am in the final stages of completing my costume, which I am quite pleased with except for the boots. Though I have seen a couple of different options that I may explore. I should have everything in place in the next couple of weeks.

I think I have finally decided on a Jedi name for myself. I'm thinking of going with Ben-Bariss Ossus. I welcome thoughts and feedback.

So I hope to hear from and eventually meet some Canadians who have some of these same interests as myself.

Greetings Ben-Bariss Ossus from Ontario. I am Olos Nay to serve you. I am located in the system of Montreal, on the eastern spire.

You might have noticed that the Jedi Assembly's forum is not the most active lately; with the most action in Star Wars fandom being made around clonetroopers lately we've been calmer and more patient then usual.
Well, its similar in the Canadian Order. People are there, they just don't visit the forums as often as they used to. Yet, people are keeping active.

The best place for you to meet Jedi Costumers would be in conventions. There are some great ones in Toronto each years - Polaris and FanExpo being the two biggest ones.

Hope you like it in here, we're a nice bunch of people and very helpful if you're to make your own Jedi Outfit - its a long but retributing process; all TJA members passed by there at some point.
