That's an excellent thread. I can't identify the parts..yet. The threads aren't in english, too bad I can't render the language well. Now is the tan coloured item a resincomlink ?

RPF thread is in English. and about the tan colored comlink. Yes, It is a razor body painted with primmer paint. Which is normally gray. the other one, the greenish one is polyester resin. Hope this helps.

I was looking at a thread in spanish.
For my comlink's mic I'd used the removable screwdriver 'bits', with the hexagonal portion serving as a mic. It had the look.
I'd used lugs, sodering lugs, gaskets, E retaining rings, even the female ends of snaps.

You will have to sever it.

Have been there. It is a great start, but outdated. I working along Chris Trevas finding the remains parts or even finding the codes for some others. He surely will have a lot of work updating that page.

A good friend of mine, sent me those samples he did last week. He lives in USA and is willing to help us. We are talking about different kind of materials and thickness, but the precision is excellent.:ohbaby High resolution photos here: picasaweb.google.com/the.rebel.agent/StarWarsFactFile#Thanks Tony!
