Uh, I don't get it.
What thread are you referring to?

The whole forum there is devoted to questions about adapting the sound boards from Hasbro and other sabers for use in a custom made EL or LED saber. You can then have the sound in a sturdy duelling hilt instead of the plastic one.

I know, I'm a member of that forum too.
I just didn't understand the "talk back" thing that you said. I guess you were referring to the discussions going on.

I'd like a talking lightsaber. Could be lot of fun. I am starting to think about putting hasbro sound board in my own saber. Cheap and functionnal.

I was considering getting a sound board for my future randomsaber. The FX ones sound to derivative to me after a while. Does anybody have any experience with the sound boards that Hyperdyne ( www.hyperdynelabs.com/hyperblade/purchase.php) offers?

Does anybody have any experience with the sound boards that Hyperdyne ( www.hyperdynelabs.com/hyperblade/purchase.php) offers? They make high quality but pretty expansive stuff. The saber sound boards had been awaited for a while. The most options you'd have from the bluetooth form, but the in-the-hilt solution could be interesting. Let us know if you try.
