For a fanfilm I'm doing which involves multiple bounty hunters, we needed quick and cheap binders. Please note these binders are not functional. What You'll Need: -Two round chrome cookie cutters, about 3.5 inches in diameter, cost 44 cents each at Ben Franklin Crafts -One rivet and rivet gun -Optional foam liner. I used something I found in my basement, you can see what I mean by going to www.imperial-fleet.com/bbcforum/viewtopic.php?t=86 and looking at the pictures. Take the two cookie cutters and rivet them together, but not too tightly. Make the rivet loose so they are able to rotate roughly 90 degrees each way or so. It's important now to make sure that your rivet is not much longer than your foam is thick. Now, cut the foam liner enough that it is able to wrap around the inside. Peel the adhesive backing away from your foam (if there is no adhesive, try a strong double-side tape or glue) and stick it to the inside of your binders. Note once more that these binders won't open, and that they're only a film prop. Actually, you probably won't be able to fit most people's hands in, and in our film the binders are only seen dangling from a bounty hunter's belt and in his hands.

might want to double check with some of the guys from the 70th explorers on how they made theirs because it was able to fit MY wrists and as far as I was informed they used the same tutorial.
