We have 2 in Puget Sound. With my new pouch making frenzy, I've made several trips.

And single shoulders are on sale this month. I use 4-5 oz. stuff and get a lot out of them. The best bang for the buck.

I agree on the single shoulders. They come in smaller pieces, so you don't have to buy a whole side of a cow to get what you need. They're perfect for making boot straps. I ended up using the heavier 8-10 oz side leather that I got on sale for my pouches since I had a lot of it left over form the belt-making. It's a little heavy to work with but the pouches come out fine. The 4-5 oz weight shoulder would work just as well, I think, for lighter pouches. Unfortunately the sides are too thin for belts.
I understand about the pouch making frenzy! But I used up everything I have, so I'm done for now.
