I used the nokia style clip before, and passed to covertec. I wouldn't change my covertec for a nokia... its a lot easier to use - I cannot draw the saber one-handed with a nokia. I can with the covertec, plus it fits on the MR sabers.
I know they are pricey, but overall they are better off.

its about 10 years i play on ebay as a buyer and seller and believe me since about 2 years the fashion is to overcharge for shipping cost. U use thier shipping calculator and its say i dont know, about 25.00 and when you recive the package it say on the box 6.50. The guy say, well i did nt know. Well i dont really believe that at all. When i sale something the i give the shipping cost and later on i found out the ship cost its less for some reason, will i send the defference. Well thats me. But i dont understand with on a auction and on the webpage, its not the same price for ship cost they up the shipping to guarantee they make what they want on their item........not very ethical.....but legal.

I did that at Halloween, and my husband and I were standing in a restaurant lobby, waiting to be seated, when I moved my arm and accidentally ignited the saber. (the MR Anakin with the sliding switch) My husband looks down at it (he wasn't real thrilled about eating dinner with a Jedi) and says, "looks like you just cut off your own leg". Aside from that, I'm glad I got the covertec instead of just using a regular pager clip -- I did try that first. The covertec has that button release/clamp thing that keeps the saber or hilt safely locked onto the belt instead of just hanging, in danger of being bumped, knocked off the belt, and dropped. Jedi of the clumsy side I am.... I look at the covertec as an "insurance policy" to protect my nice saber.
