I just got my new parksabers belt recently & they've done a change of it from the original. I was wondering if anybody else has gotten one from them & how they like the new belt. The orginal belt was held in back by 2 (I'm not sure what they're called) grommets or bolts??? The new belt has a buckle on it but it is screwed on by a single small screw--they send you the screwdriver with the belt to fix to yourself for size.

Hello Jan-Qui, well im just about there on my costume, and was looking at Parks belts. But im leary of the 12-14 week wait they say it takes for any of their items. Im down to just a belt & boots to complete my costume, I can do the boots locally pretty well but the belt is proving to be a bit of a challenge. I could try to make one, but by the time I get all the tools, and materials I could spend well over the 70 bucks they want for the apprentice belt. And I'd rather go with just buyng one for this first costume, then I'd have something to go on. How long did it take them to get it to you? Thanks ahead, .....................Shafo.

Badger makes belts, locally. With the authentic rivets, etc. I also know how and have tools. You only need to buy a couple belt blanks at Tandy's in Tacoma. And the rivits and buckle. I have the leather punch.

Hey ok, I'll make a trip down there on my days off,(tue. & wed., I work weekends), and get what I think I'll need. I got to go to southcenter and shop for boots too so I'll make a day of it then. I hope my old landspeeder will make it, and not strand me, LOL! But I do love it so, even if it is getting a bit old & weak(79' Supra) Thanks.....................Shafo.
