Linky not working properly. I did figure out the right page, though.
It has interesting elements, but you'd have to figure out how to make it work, if you didn't want to cut it in the back where the wider belt traditionally goes together.
I'll post the picture of it here, just for ease of looking at it:

ok. I have a rather simple idea for the fastening. might work, might not. use the small belt worn backwards. get a belt that has a removable buckle, remove it and slip on the front buckle. adjust the front buckle to where you want it. put the buckle back on the small belt and put it on the larger belt so that you can close it from behind. use the large keeper to hide the rear buckle. If the buckle on the smaller belt is one that is easily adjustable it would make for a quick way to put the belt on and a simpler way to make the belt.
