Does any one know where I can get Obi Wan 4th pouch from ROTS. I spoke to one guy thru Ebay (not sure how that will work out) he stated it is a medical pouch. Functional not resin like the other 3. He plans to make some at a later date. I was hoping to find another source out there as well. Any Clues?

Here are some pics:   Not sure where he heard that it's a medical pouch. And which one? One of them has to contain the rebreather, and that fits the shape of the one on the right. Maybe he meant that it is an actual old medical pouch... like a medkit for the army or something? Just speculating.  |

I was unable to view the pics you posted to verify the pouch in question.
I am working up a diagram of the pouch. Unfortunatly I can not figure out how to capture a screen shot of Windows Media player. I have not seen Obi Wan wear it on his belt prior to EP III. He carries it on his left side in the rear. It is visable many times in ROTS.

Leda the pics of the pouches you posted were the ones obi described about it being on the left side rear. obi I can see the pics and it's on the left side rear, is it the pouch next to the food capsules in the rear? because of it is Leda got it right

that basically looks like Anakins tall pouch with a different cut on the front flap.........I was looking into this pouch to accent the Ep3 Tall one I do now..........
lets dig up some more pics so we can nail the dimensions (I bet it will be close to Anakins)

The best so far that I can find for referce measurments is when Yoda, Bail, and Obi are splitting up the twins. The part when Yoda tell yoda how to comune with Qui Gon. Right as Obi Wan goes to sit down. PAUSE IT! It is a crystal clear Pic.
Using my architec ruler and using Obi wans belt as a 21/2" wide reference I believe (and I may be wrong) but this is what I believe it to be.
3" wide
6" tall
1 1/2" thick.
No visable scoring lines; and the flap is definatly not the same as Anakins.
If anyone know how to capture Win Media Player images as pic. Let me know and I will post a pic or two of the pouch.

Also, I use a program called Power DVD to capture screen shots. Not sure about how MediaPlayer works. This is the closest shot of the pouches that I saw in RotS, but there are other shots of him standing and you can see them, just not as detailed. I could kick myself for not taking shots of them at the LucasFilm Archive exhibit at CIII! grrr... |

slight issue with your measurements - the main belt for Obi and Anakin is 2.25" - look at the food pellets and use them as a guide...  the current one I do is approx 5" tall, 2.75" wide, and 1.25" deep - so the one I make is fairly close, just need to modify the flap a bit........... |

I think we can live with a 1/4 difference. I can actually see the pics now that Leda Em-Borr posted. That is the pouch I have been refering to. I guess my work computer needs upgraded. At least that is what I keep telling the geek squad. Thanks all for assistance.

No worries there - I will be sure to post pics for everyone. I was talking with my wife about doing this as a new style to my current line, so this is high on my "to do" list. I usually like to Prototype, show it off, decide if I like it, and then post it to my site. This process won't be too bad time wise because the basic pouch already exists.... I pretty much have it planned out too - I think you will like it Dave I think we can live with a 1/4 difference. I can actually see the pics now that Leda Em-Borr posted. That one looks like it might be a little short, and are there score marks? I would think that since his belt doesnt have any his pouch wouldnt either...  |
