Obi-one belt questions.

I'm getting ready to do my Obi-wan EP I/II/III belt ,and I need to know the width of the two parts of the belt.
Most things I read about this belt (including info from those how sell these belts) say that the larger belt is 2.5" wide, and the smaller one is .5" wide. However, I have been told a few plaices that both belts are smaller, more like 2" - 2.25" for the larger part. What is film accurate?

Does any one have any suggestions, on finding, or making an accurate prequel Obi-wan bucckle?

How about pouches? (accurate ones)

And, does anyone what the width of the ep IV Obi-wan belt was? Or, any other info on old Obi's belt, like suggestions for doing the hip pouch?

Hey

I put a reply on the rpf for you about the PT belts.

The Old Ben belt is 2" - I went hard core into the research of that belt and I think I landed just about all the details. Check it out on my site here

I took a ton of DVD stills to make sure I had the details right - The only piece I am not totally happy with is the Pouch, but it is on the list for a revamp when I finally get some free time

Yeah, I love your EP 4 obi belt. I did a lot of research on it myself, and you managed to pic up on things that I totaly missed. Like I mist the little leather accent peices, but your right, the yare dfanintly there. I want to do my own, but I'm really not sure how to do the hip pouch.

yea - that is the one piece I am not 100% happy with - I just have to get some extra project time to work on it
