I had no idea that my using rivets from Tandy would cause such a stir. My mistake, thought you were wanting more accurate. Sorry about that

Jedi Dragon has a Saberbelt belt with the Saberbelt rivets on them. I had a chance to compare them at Empire Fan Fest. From what I saw, the differences in those and the Sam Brown rivets were small. The Sam Brown rivets were maybe 1/4 bigger. And from looking at them straight on, you can't even tell the difference.
Judging form the Obi-Wan EpII stand up, the Sam Brown rivets seem to be the same size as Obi-Wan's, since stand up is slightly smaller then he actually is. My point is, the difference was slight in my opinion.
I'd still like to know where LFL got their rivets from....... lol!

Thought I would post the comparison shot - left side is the Sam Browne, middle is the Nickle Screw Back, and right is the Brass Screw Back - the screw back's are the accurate ones - or close to it Dave

Thanks Dave. I like the buckle/rivit set you'er offering. What made you come up with that? Did a lot of people wanted rivits and buckles together in one orderas I did?
Again I want to thank you for mine.

Again I want to thank you for mine. Actually - I had many requests for good rivets - and it actually was just a thought I had - turned out to be a good idea for the do-it-yourself belt makers Dave

Those aren't screw back eh?
They may be a good alternative to the other Sam Browne with the taper, but if its the same size then Dave's is still the more accurate ones, also teh fact they are screw back, which you can see in the VD's.
Nice find though!
