this is a pair or Leather Kenobi boots from a friend. Now Im making with this pair , a pair of anakin style boots. I had to washed them with lacquer thinner to apply a very dark brown. Its a hell of a job. Washed 12 times ( Corja, jesus christ, how many coats of wax did you applied ?LOL ) after to give a rich color, its about 7 coats of dark brown. You can already see how nice they will be. But im far to be finish.

Nice, I look forward to seeing the finished product. Where did your friend get those Obi-Wan's and do you have any detail shots of them? They look fairily acurate and I might be interested.

he have custom maded in Switzerland. They are great. They are fairily accurate. But my firend have high standards, so he just got new pair of custom made boots but Fully screen accurate. They are made from leather, not PLeather. They only thing is, imgonna add some straps ate the top like Anakin, but for the shins guards, i dont know. The process of the vertical lines might damage the strenght of the leather. I just want to give the look because i use it for a few jedi costumes.

Does your friend post on here? I'm still on the look for those "perfect" boots.
