Greetings, Jedi. [bows]
For some time, I have planned to make a shades-of-green version of Obi-Wan Kenobi's Episode III outfit. I don't know if I will be accepted into The Jedi Assembly with such a costume but, for now, I know that this is what I want to wear.
I have already commissioned people to make my belt, my (original) saber & the soft goods / clothes part of my outfit. However, I have yet to find a lead on green boots.
I had hoped to get customs made at Frye Boots (inspired by the pictures of Leda-Em Borr). However, I called Frye today only to find out that they don't do customs.
Unfortunately, with only about 3 months left until Celebration 4, I am running out of time.
If anyone here in the TJA forums can suggest a company or person that does quality custom boots, I'd be most obliged.
If I can't find green boots for my costume, I will have to opt for black. I saw the post string where black boots were discussed. I'm glad that is, at least, an option.
May the [Good Side of the] Force be with you.

P.S. Just thought I'd share my Character Description from the Rebel Legion site in hopes that it may help people understand the motivation for my costumes. Here it is:
"Character/Costume Description:
Rebel Commando Jay Tee Erricck served the Alliance in the Battle of Endor. During this mission, he took notice of the monk-like Luke Skywalker who his fellow troops rumored to be a Jedi Knight. Jay Tee had heard of the historical Jedi but had doubted they ever truly existed. Impressed by Skywalker's centeredness & his powerful aura (the Force), Jay Tee later befriended Commander Skywalker & petitioned to study the ways of the Force to become a Jedi like his new hero. Under Luke Skywalker's wisdom, Jay Tee would go on to become one of the rebuilding Jedi Order of the New Republic!"
The way I envision it, my character would strive to build a Jedi outfit in homage to Luke Skywalker's master, Obi-Wan, while at the same time paying respects to his island home.
