Hi could anyone suggest or tell me the fabric used to make an authentic anakin robe EP2, and where i could buy it it poss. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appriciated cheers Padwan Camca ;D

That is some very pretty wool....and a very good price...
if you like it....go for it...
You can't really tell the colors of anything by photos or film really....both photos of the costume...or photos of the fabric......it is nearly impossible...
it looks like really nice stuff...and a good price....I order from fashion fabrics quite often...I have always been pleased...

ya, close with material, but I was thinking as to the design. that place is the only place I could find for the Anakin Cloak, because in the movie, he doesnt have a regular robe. Also they use 2 types of material, the light cotton stuff or wool

No I know, take a look at the link I posted...I've been looking at this robe for 3 years and I finally found someone who can make it. The cloak offered there is nice but there is many details they got wrong, but its still a great robe. The material that Anakin has is a sort of Wool Matka two threadings of Brown and black where the Brown is much thicker. Again Mystik's is nice just not accurate

aaahhh.... well that is something I didnt know about. I thought it was just one thread and that was dark brown, thanks for the update on the threads
