***as promised here is the first insert in the ongoing story*** After reading the story so far I realized that Tenric had been left on Dantooine as the others escaped so I focused on what happened to him....
=============================================
…Tenric watched as the boarding ramp went up on the Firey Jade then returned his attention to the clones. A rage was growing in him as he faced those who had betrayed the Jedi Order and killed his master destroying his lifelong hopes of Knighthood. He found it easier to maintain the illusion than he had guessed. Around him the firefight raged on as more clones joined in and died. Justice was being meted out and Tenric was its avatar. The power came easily as he raged on in his heart against the clones. He felt the other’s resolve to fight as the ‘Jade began its ascent and reached out to broaden his Lie. Instead of an escaping ship the clones saw a huge explosion from the hangar bay that caused them to duck for cover. Those who didn’t move fast enough he simply shoved aside using the Force to imitate the blast wave. He laughed as the clones scurried and began to rise again. Just then he sensed another ship rising from behind the hill and felt the refugees fear.
Once more Tenric reached out with the Force. He scooped up the refugees fear and hurled it at the clones in an empathic wave, as before their eyes the refugees ship became a gunship bristling with weapons. He used this new illusion to hide the escaping ship as the clones once more dove for cover and clambered aboard their LAAT/I’s to return fire. He took the illusionary ship on a strafing run over the clone positions and then had it head for orbit. Four of the clone ships rose to give chase, but were headed in the wrong direction and had been delayed too long to catch the refugees. The last two landers remained on the field to either side of Vious’ ship. Their crews had been the first into the fray, the first to die.
Watching the ships leave Tenric considered what to do next. He wanted to reach out and crush the ships in midair, to repay them for their betrayal. He felt the power coursing through him and believed he could do it, but suddenly his Master’s voice rose from the depths of memory…
“But Master,” He had asked. “If the Force serves our needs why do we use only the light side? Do not one’s intentions make the difference?”
“No Tenric. The power of the Force serves life, not death. That is why the dark side will always fail for it serves only itself, consumes itself, as it will consume you too, if you let it.”
The memory struck him like a physical blow and he reeled backward into the ruins of the landing bay. He could still feel the anger, but the rage had faded and with that his thoughts turned to his own need for escape. Shaking his head and once more feeling the pain of his injured leg he started for the concealed tunnel that led to his own ship. The clones would soon be back in greater force and he needed to be away from here. As he headed across the compound his thoughts turned to his friends and he wondered if they would remember him. He would certainly never forget them…. =========================================

“What in the world is going on and why do I have these stuck in me!” Makirto exclaimed. “Settle down my friend, you were injured and knocked out when we were on Dantooine. We are headed to Dxun….we will be safe from the Sith there” said Tailon. After Tailon explained to Makirto what was going on and the plan, Makirto looked around the medbay “So what can I do to help?”
Noriko woke up from her bacta treatment, her injuries were more severe than Makirto’s but she would heal. She sat up and held her head down as Tailon walked over to her. “What’s the matter Noriko?” asked Tailon. Hett and Kaelyn made preparations for there landing and Vos checked their supplies, which they needed to stock up on when they landed. Kaelyn walked into the cargo bay where Vos was and asked Vos “Do you think Ryn knows we are on to her?” Vos looked up from looking in a container and shrugged “If she does, she is hiding it well” he said. Kaelyn looked around “And if she doesn’t know?” Vos looked at him “Then we will have the upper hand.”
Noriko looked at Tailon “There is something I need to tell you, something I did because Ryn told me to,” Noriko told him “Ryn told me to communicate with Palpatine and Vader secretly, that is why it seemed like the Sith knew our every move and destination.” Tailon looked at Noriko “My friend you had to do it to survive, but now as I stand here now…you will not have to worry about her no longer.” Tailon motioned for her and Makirto to follow him to the cargo bay. When he entered, Hett, Kaelyn and Vos were all in there and waiting for them.
They all surrounded Noriko and Tailon asked her “Do you want to help us fight the Sith to include Ryn?” Without a hesitation she said “YES” and Tailon asked her to step forward. As she did each master’s lightsaber lit up. “Noriko, your oath you took as a padawan served you well through these dark times, Ryn by the right of the masters that surround you and the will of the Force, I proclaim you a Jedi Knight and the future of this Order.” With that said, Tailon cut Noriko’s padawan braid off.
Ryn called over the com, “We are approaching Onderon.” Tailon looked at everyone “Hett come with me, our plan begins now.”
Ok Steverus..your up.....

**insert number two in the continuing story*** =====================================
…Tenric walked in a haze to the small amphitheater that concealed the tunnel entrance. It had obviously been a meeting place of some sort, long ago. It reverberated in the Force like a stone tossed into the water. He was still struggling with the anger that confronting the clones had brought out in him. He longed for the forest clearing on his homeworld where he could meditate in peace. His head spun with the after effects of the rage….and the power. They tasted bitter to him now that he was calmer and he realized he had brushed the Dark Side more closely than any Jedi had reason to. He felt ashamed of the anger.
Realizing something was in his hand he was horrified to see he still held the red bladed saber he had used in his deception. He tossed it as far away as he could manage and walked over to the tunnel entrance only to find it blocked by a large slap of duracrete.
“Well at least things are consistent.” He said as he sank beside the slab. He needed rest badly. Never had he drawn so heavily on the Force as he had today. He was battered, his cloak and robes singed and burned, his face smeared with ash from the explosion. He felt the arrival of a dark power nearby and knew he should flee, but he just couldn’t move. He needed a few minutes to catch his breath. Besides, he was still angry and was beginning to hope for a chance at a few more clones….

OK, here ya go. I got a little carried away with this one. But I couldn't help myself given that TaiLon left me with Vader approaching Dantooine!
The man who had once been Anakin Skywalker strode down the command shuttle’s boarding ramp with purpose and intensity. Since his transformation into the looming figure of Darth Vader, Anakin had become aware that his every move, his every gesture, drew immediate attention and above all, inspired fear in those around him. One of the first lessons from his new master was to use this overpowering presence to control and intimidate. The meeting with the new human officers in charge of the Dantooine landing had wrapped up quickly. The report was disappointing to the Dark Lord and that disappointment fared poorly for the captain in charge. Vader still believed that this recruiting the Emperor had begun among non-clones was ill advised for the newly established imperial army. Regardless of his cautious advice to the contrary, Palpatine had moved ahead with the plan stating that the non-clone officers would be a balance against those within the clone ranks that could be considered... untrustworthy.
Vader stepped down off the ramp and walked in the direction of the clone commander waiting for him. The young lieutenant that had been given the honor of escorting him on his inspection of the combat zone struggled to keep up with Vaders long strides. His pristine grey uniform was a contrast to the clones that waited ahead of him who had the scrapes and scuffs of many battles arrayed across their armor.
“Lord Vader, if it would be possible to direct your attention...”
“I am not interested in your observations lieutenant or your pathetic attempts to curry favor. My inspection begins with the clones that participated in this battle. Remain quiet until I ask for your opinions.”
The lieutenant gulped and set his eyes directly forward. Inside his mask Vader couldn’t help but smile ever so slightly at the power he now controlled. His vision of a new empire was becoming a reality.
As the Dark Lord stopped in front of the assembled troops, the clone commander snapped to attention.
“Report, commander,” intoned Vader.
“My Lord, our recon reports were accurate. A resistance cell was based on this planet along with a large number of refugees,” The commander gestured over to a dejected group of civilians sitting on the ground surrounded by troopers. “Some of them were rounded up and will be questioned. Resistance was light and we only lost two squads and Commander Treth.”
“Troopers being killed by this rabble commander? There is more to this,” Vader turned towards the lieutenant who flinched before answering,
“Lord Vader, I’m afraid two ships escaped from the surface and jumped out-system before they could be apprehended."
Vader pointed a black gloved finger directly into the young lieutenants face causing him to take a step backwards, “If I were you I would indeed be afraid, lieutenant. This is yet another failure of your captain...and his staff.”
The lieutenants face went white and he averted his eyes from the towering figure before him. Vader turned back to the commander,
“Show me the bodies of these troopers, commander...?”
“Commander Bly, sir.”
“Very well commander.” As Vader followed Bly towards a ruined building he turned the clones name over in his mind. It came to him quickly. Bly had executed the traitorous jedi Aayla Secura on Felucia. Soon Bly would be giving up his name and so would the other clones that remained in service to the empire...another move by Palpatine to as he put it ‘Remove the dangerous individuality creeping into the clone ranks.’”
Vader, Bly and the lieutenant, who kept himself several steps behind, stopped in front of a neat row of shrouded bodies. Vader could not see the troopers faces which did not matter with clones but he could sense something wrong with what he had been told and what had happened here. Something had caused these clones to kill themselves. It could be only one thing: the force. Jedi had been on this planet. He turned once again to the lieutenant,
“Lieutenant, report back to the captain. I want every effort made to triangulate the possible systems those ships jumped to. When you have the list notify me immediately.”
Taking advantage of the order the lieutenant gave a sharp salute and ran quickly back towards the command shuttle.
The Dark Lord turned back to Bly, “Commander, see to it that these troopers receive a burial with honors.”
“Yes, sir!”
Vader walked slowly into the ruins of what had once been a Jedi sanctuary. He knew this from his past life from a story once told by Yoda. After the fall of the temple on Coruscant he had learned even more about Dantooine from the holocrons in the Great Library. Even now Palpatine meditated over the trove of holocrons and forbidden Sith relics that only a council member could access before. Now, there was no council to prohibit or interfere with anything.
After walking several minutes, Vader stopped in a clearing. Beneath his feet fragments of mosaic tile could be seen poking out of the weeds and overgrowth. From the bowl-shaped curve that surrounded him this must have once been a small amphitheater, perhaps even where the jedi masters of this place held council. Suddenly, a small almost imperceptible noise caught his attention. He turned quickly towards the presence he felt there and simultaneously ignited his crimson blade with a snap-hiss that reverberated within the quiet confines of the ancient sanctuary.
Kneeling beside a fallen slab of masonry attempting to hide, was a small bedraggled human boy. Vader could sense he had been trying to squirm into a tunnel that had been blocked by the slab, probably new damage from todays fighting. Although clearly terrified in the presence of the black-clad giant, the boys eyes held a small hint of defiance. Vader prepared to strike the child down and brought his lightsaber up, but the blow didn’t fall. In his mind, the man who had once been Anakin Skywalker saw the boy’s face transformed into that of Whie, then Bene; the padawans he had struck down so unmercifully in the temple on that fateful night. The faces of other younglings came unbidden, flooding his consciousness until using his dark will he forced the flood of memories back into the depths from which they should never spring.
Vader deactivated his lightsaber. Raising his hand he called upon the force and moved the slab away from the tunnel entrance. The boy gave the Sith one more glance before scrambling into the darkness and safety. Vader stared after the boy, looking at the entrance to the black hole and the tunnel beyond,
“Lord Vader, we have the list of possible destinations for the rebel ships.”
The sudden transmission from the command shuttle broke the Dark Lord from his thoughts.
“Very well captain. I will return to the shuttle. Await me there.”
Darth Vader turned abruptly and strode towards the waiting shuttle. The boy and the mercy he had granted slipped into the black depths of his memory, lost forever.
