I have no idea why this two books have yet to make a thread. I mean the some of the best I've ever read. The last few chapters of Vision of The Future kept me on the my heels. And not to mention that some on the most inportant events take place in these book.Spoiler WARNING in mean Luke ask Mara to marry him The empire signs a peace agreement with the New Republic , Luke comes up with the master padawan training, and Leia gives up her government powers

Actually... that was the first Thrawn Trilogy... that inluded "Heir to the Empire" "Dark Force Rising" "The Last Command" they were good....... so is Specter of the Past and Vision of the Future... but my favorite still remains "Han Solo Trilogy"- "The Paradise Snare", "The Hutt Gambit" and "Rebel Dawn" by AC Crispin
