Ok I must amit i skiped most of Reunion and have started to read The Final Prophecy. With college and my job at McDonal's ( i'm hooked on working) i felt in order to read all through the new jedi order Reunion had to be skiped. I mean noting personal i'm sure the authors worked hard( well I KNOW they did) but i just couldn't read anymore. I found the stuff in the Force Heretic very important but it was drawln out so much that i didn't realy care any more. But anyway so far The Final Prophocy is great. I'll tell you all what i think of it when i'm done, in a day or two.

I finished "Final Prophecy" yesterday....I really liked it...and it was a quick read.....
I don't want to give any of it away..... and now that I think back on things... I hated "Rogue Planet"...I thought is was so dumb and irrelevent....but the reality is that it was your first glimpse of Zonama Sekot....and now that planet figures hugely into the NJO......wish I would have paid more attention to that book.....

Ok I just finish (had mid trems) great book. In 2005 (long time) Troy Denning will do a triology taking place after NJO, just thought that was cool.

Yes, the last one.... The Unifying Force by James Luceno. Del Ray had the release date book signing in Seattle, according to one of their some-time reps, so our groups (501st, Rebel Legion, etc) could come support it in costume... public.fotki.com/kait/star_wars/james_luceno_booksigning/

It was fun. And we usually have the added bonus of the presence of Terry Brooks....he lives in Seattle and his step-daughter is active in the Star Wars groups here! So he's turned up at all 3 booksignins with which I've been involved so far....just quietly hangs out. Most of our group didn't even know who he was.

Finished "The Unifying Force" KEWWWWWLLLLLLL Must read. Special guest appearance but I won't sspoil it for those who haven't read it yet. As for the cd-rom, not sure if it's gonna be on the paperback when they decide to release it but I have a feeling it won't be. Yes it is the last book in the NJO series but I read somewhere that there will be further books dealing with what happens after this series is over. Must read for any SW fan, even those who don't like the NJO, Sunn Jinn

According to "Mos Eiselian Radio"...our local incredible literary person...the CD Rom will not be available in paperback version....so RATS......looks like I will have to break down and buy the hardcover....
Right now I am re-reading "Rogue Planet" for our local Star Wars Book Discussion Club....didn't like it too much the first time around....was dazed and confused with the whole "Zonama Sekot" living planet thingy....but since Zomama played such an eventual huge roll in the NJO.....well....I guess it is a good time to give the book another look...
