Hello all, I've just introduced myself in the "introduce yourself thread". And greatful to meet you all. I'm currently a full time student, who lacks the time to make my own costume, before episode III & comiccon. Can any of you point me in the right direction as to where I can purchase one, or have someone make one for me? As far as a robe, I was looking into OuterRobes or Mystik merchant. I'm not sure who to pick, due to many praises to both of them. Its the tunics (outer/inner), tabbards and stuff, that I need help on. I've stumbled on these sites... www.ferdalump.com/the-magic-wardrobe.com/ (Really pricey) www.thejediscloset.com/www.saberbelt.com/www.motorcowboy.com/Can anyone help with others, or is anyone of you who is willing to make one for me (hopefully not too expensive). Thanks all. Hopefully I'll get to meet a fellow jedi someday. CJ

I here ya. I'm in the same position. The one thing I do know is that I am getting my outer robe from outer robes so thats a good choice.

Ah yes younglings in distress. What is the budget you have left yourself? Ebay is always a good choice for costumes. Search for "Jedi Tunic Costumes" there has been a couple of nice fan made one that sell complete for around $250.00 not including a robe. I would advise against a wool robe specialy in spring and summer not to mention wool is pricey. Try for gaberdine it is not to heavy, wears well, and look & flows nicely. The main thing is if you can not sew it yourself you will need plenty of $$$ especially if you are going for authenticity.

Those are good sites but, I recommend getting a costume from this website: www.funkyjedi.com/. She has got a lot of good costumes, for a decent price. I myself have ordered from her, and my costume should be arriving in a few days. Good luck and welcome to the jedi assembly.

Hey Justin,
Thanks for the offer. However, I think it may be too long for me. I'm only 5'6".
I think I may have found someone who can make me an outfit.
