Can you give us some idea about what kind of help you need? For example, can you sew, or do your need help on all the basics? Or did you want to try to modify existing clothes? Sorry, I don't have the essential guide. Is there an online costume reference picture of Horn?

A Quick & Dirty way to make this would be: 1) find a karate gi and dye it green 2) for the vest/tabards: a) find s long light weight coat (green or whith and dye it) cut the sleves off b) Buy some green cloth and cut a 16 inch wide and 6 foot long fold it in half and stich the edges together 3) black dockers 4) for the OBI a) use the sleeves b) make a sash from green cloth and cut a 16 inch wide and 4 foot long fold it in half and stich the edges togethersecure with velcro
5) a 2 1/2 inch brown belt 6) Brown Riding boots
Hope these suggestions Help

The OBI is the sash around the waist under the leather belt.
Here are some Ideas on how to build it.
You can also find info here
www.rebellegion.com/jedigarb/
This kind of sewing is basic ... If you don't know some local to you just ask here, someone may be willing to help you out with the $ewing

You likely can't do it without some sewing. If you can't get a friend to do it, a needle and thread will work for simple things.
For the under-tunic you may be able to find something at a thrift store that you can modify, just make sure the sleeves are long and close fitting past the elbow and the neckline is a V or can be modified to look like the picture. It looks like the rest of it isn't seen. You want to have light weight fabric for the under-tunic or your costume will be uncomfortably warm to wear.
For the fabric type of the clothes, stick with natural fibers, cotton, wool, silk. You could use blends of polyester and natural fibers as long as it FEELS natural. However, if you're going to dye things, go with the natural fibers because synthetics often don't take dyes well. The tags on the collars of shirts will tell you what the fabric is made of.
Would the belt be 2 1/2" wide? It doesn't look that wide in the picture; maybe only 1 1/2"?

i dont think that either picture above is an adequate representation of corran. i just dont think that cartoon matches the description of him in novels....
good luck with the costume.

The outer sleeveless tunic in the picture is almost identical in style to that worn by Ki Adi Mundi so you might want to check if theres any guides to his costume too. The only difference I can see is that Corrans doesnt have the hood.

I feel the cartoon Tunics and costume actually represent Corran really well in the way his tunic was described in I,Jedi.
