Just got some cotton muslin for my inner-tunic at fabric.com. It's in their bargain bin for $1.45 a yard right now. So if anyone's looking for some, check it out.

cotton muslin does make a excellent under tunic...
I would like to try a gauze...like Anakin's...but I hear gauze is a bear to work with...not a good enough sewer to work with a troublesome fabric....

[shadow=red,left,300]Schph. Gauze can be a pain to work with but there are tricks that can help. One sew a good inch from the edge! Two. Make sure you hem the inside seam. It'll hold longer.[/shadow]

I ended up buying a bubble gauze Sunday (that has the texture/look of Obi-Wan's wool crepe tunic) when I went to WalMart...they had it on sale...I know I must be crazy...but it looks so nice and cool and comfy for an inner tunic...getting that Jedi patience ready...lol....

Just saying that if you have a building 19 out there, usually they have some tan sheets that do perfect8-). That's what Toba used.
