Below is from ICG-D Yahoo egroups (International Costumers Guild) that I frequent, something what many costumers are looking for, and my husband and I heard the name, Fusion, from a Walmart employee said unfortunately that Walmart won't be getting it)--try Lowe's, Home Depot. . . I hope this is the right thread for this. I've gotten feedback from those hwo have found the paint, and yes, it works great, really great! JMD <<<Has anyone tried this yet? It's formulated to bond with ABS, PVC and polyethylene. Thus having a near limitless potential for costume use. As anyone who has attempted to paint polyethylene knows.>>> Below is website link to that paint: www.krylon.com/product/gp_product_detail.asp?sgID=GP07 Fusion Krylon introduces the first paint for plastic. It's costuming paint, right? So this goes in the costumes in general forum.
This is going to be real helpful to a lot of people here! Thanks, JMD!!

That is impressive ! Usually spray paint turns your plastic into goo and then peels off!

I bought some and used it to refurbish some of my plastic planter pots ...they were old, huge pots and looked really bad...
anyway...I painted them with the fusiion paint...and the stuff works great....
You can even use masking tape on the paint after it dries (adding detail) and the paint does not peel off....
definitely a boon for prop makers...however...it does not come in any flat colors at this time (flat black being a big color for blasters)...

Wonder if a flat black can be sprayed over it...as if over a primer?
Sounds like this paint would be good for the plastic Warhammer figures too...sprayed on a palette and brushed on, of course!

don't know how regular paint would adhere to the "Fusion"...but it would be worth a try on a practice piece.

I think if we costumers sent emails to them at the main website for Krylon and suggest flat colors? If they knew customers wre interested. . . And yo can find Fusion at Walmarts and Shermin Williams (which may have mst of the colors). JMD
