I was watching it yesterday and I noticed that in one scene as a squad of Stormtroopers was following Vader through the Tantive IV, they were all carrying their blaster rifles left-handed. Given the spread of lefties to righties here on earth, it struck me as odd. Could those frames have been reversed to fit the cut better? That's a lot of left-handed stormtroopers in the universe...

Did you also notice their helmets. The little black band above the visor on some is messed up and some helmets are completely different looking.

Aaaah, those were the early days. Not everything matches. On one of the Rebels, you can see a bit of foam behind his ear. I haven't heard that the opening image had been reversed. Were the Rebels shooting left-handed, too?

Did you also notice in that scene that most of the stormtroopers calf armor was flapping open in the back (the view of their backsides)....

If you really want to know if the scene is reversed try to focus on Vader's chestbox- the buttons will be the wrong way around if it's reversed.
