Please remember that when you submit a photo as application for membership, it should demonstrate that you do meet all the requirements. For example, presenting a waist up side view in a robe does not demonstrate that you have a belt, lightsaber, the color of the trousers or that you have boots. Best is a non-action shot from the front that illustrates all the required elements and of sufficient resolution that the details can be seen.
You can upload a full length image and then I can edit it to show just your upper body as a thumbnail for your membership photo. Your secondary image can be your "action shot" if you wish.
For those who've had trouble getting the main site to accept your application or uploads, be aware that the fine print tells you that images are limited to 500kb in size (that's not much!) and descriptions to 300 characters.
Since our website software does not allow even an administrator to change your main photo, consider the background you present. A messy room in the background will be forever memorialized in your membership photos.
