Dang it! I should have seen this coming. My dangling~bouncing saber cut a hole through my pants. The sharp edges and the knurled knobs were too much. Plus, I also carry my cell phone in that pocket so there was something firm under the fabric for the saber to rub against. I hang my saber on a hook, so it rides really low below the belt. I may have to switch to a covertech clip to keep it from rubbing.  Well, on the bright side we were trooping at the Cleveland area walk-a-thon for Autism research. Our group was able to raise around $2,000.00. It was worth getting a hole in my pants.  |

well if you still have some left over from your fabrick, Patch it from the inside and leave it like its old and used.

One of my sabers had an edge that would get hung up on the Over tunic. Shoot. I had to repair that tunic more that once. My only solution is to make a holster for the hilt, like the ones on Andromeda for their force lances.

LOL when I read the topic, I tough it was "lightsaber burnt", not "hilt damaged". I'm with Stey Fann - make it like its old and used. You could force some damage on the rest of your garment as well.
