As the warm weather approaches the UK I wanted an outfit that wasnt quite as warm as my full Jedi outfit. I also wanted something that was different yet still recognisable as 'jedi' to run around the woods in on our Live Action Roleplay weekends. To that end I decided to do a tunic based on artwork for JediKnight 3 that I had seen posted over at ASAP. It only took a couple of days to do from start to finish (including shopping for material) as its a very simple design. I made another belt to go with it, simple and plain as well. Here it is...

Hi Jeffrek, That looks Jedi to me, and very nice, also looks practical. My current mission has landed me in Bath at the moment, I'm off to Avebury to inspect the rocks there, to Southhampton tomorrow and then toward the midlands east, and then Nottingham after that.

How coincidental. My husband and I are arriving in England on 10 May and driving straight away into the south west. No particular plans at this point, other than to be in Edinburgh on 25 May (where we met 25 years ago!) and then in London just before we depart on the 30th. In between will be visiting friends in Wales and in London. Also will go north to Yorkshire, Leeds (where I lived 25 years ago) and York.

Well, as it happened, I never got to Nottingham, I was at Cambridge, and the day I was going to head there, they were doing trackwork and the delays made it not worth doing, so I went to visit some friend that I planned to visit in Stoke. Shame i didn't know about the thing in MK, I was through there a few times in my travels. will plan better next year, or trip, whichever comes first. Jedi Kai, hope you have as much fun as I did.
