So glad it's sunny out today. I was really getting tired of all this rain we've been having. I'm solar powered!

Have you seen this? Part of the Sideshow "Star Wars Mythos" line. This is statue stands about 15" high and was sculpted in various waxes. The idea was to imagine Obi-Wan Kenobi in between the two Star Wars trilogies, roaming the deserts of Tatooine in exile. We were given the opportunity to depict both a younger Alec Guinness and a slightly older Ewan McGregor, which was quite cool for me. To learn more about Star Wars Mythos, and to see more from this great line of statues, visit the Sideshow Experience: www.sideshowtoy.com/experience/entertainment/main-attractions/star-wars-page/star-wars-mythos/mythos-ben-kenobi/All I can say is .......WOOOOWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! Diana/Daystar Wow(!!!), indeed. I was impressed when Sideshow first put images of this up. Impressive... MOST impressive. Too bad my wallet is a barren as the deserts of Tatooine... ...however, I believe I sense a new costume variation in the future...!

That is an awfully nice looking Obi-Wan. I don't really know where I'd put something like that, but it is a fine looking Obi-Wan. I think it would look better if they didn't paint it - gray looks very appropriate.

I agree with you !! Obi Wan looks good the color it is...but if they did a decent stain color on it that would be good too.....

Ah-HA!!!! Found out that this Obi-Wan statue comes with two heads - an Ewan and an Alec! THAT's why the different angles look so cool. Price will be $250. I just want to jump on the pre-order when it comes up. Then save up to pay for it. Not expected to release til October, and usually its later so that'll give me some time

I am frustrated. ... my dishwasher broke! A few days ago my coffee pot broke but I replaced that! What's next? I'll tell you what's next... my roof! Last night I woke to drips right over my head! What a pain! It never leaked before! Now there's a big wet spot on the sheet rock over my bed!!!! I just saw a handyman for an estimate on the downstairs work from the water damage we had... Now the roof too? Water from below... water from above..... uhg. Ah well, as the saying goes... when it rains, it pours!

Geez! I sense a Sith plot to drench you in water! Sorry to hear about your roof leaking. I have to make a plea to my homeowner's board to relace the roof of my condo building, which continues to leak after six years.

Yeah a Sith plot.. I'll say! Right over my head!! I saw outside where its leaking from... there's a big warp in the shingles. How that happened I have no idea! Not much I can do about it in the pouring rain... I'll have to throw a big tarp over the whole thing as soon as I can manage to get on the roof.

Since when did you move to Kamino? All kidding aside that sucks Me I feel like I moved to Kashyyyk Mice, ants, wood bores, and red hornets,I can't go outside because they dive bomb me and I'm highly allergic to bees.So the resident wookiee is supposed to take care of them when he can.we took care of the mice problem and working on the ants

Yikes! Bugs are the worst... especially stinging, dive bombing ones!!! We have ants... and the wet wood isn't going to help any.

What else comes with wet wood and wet sheet rock? What did my contractor find when he ripped out part of the wall just now? Black mold! Lots of it! Looks like we might need mold remediation too. At least we don't have termites! There's enough dead stumps in the woods behind my house to keep them occupied.
