I emailed them two weeeks ago asking for dimentions of the circuit board used in the Anakin RotS conversion kit, and a description of the end cap (If it was flat, like a plug etc) and have had no response as yet... I just checked for ordering the kit regardless, and find they are out of stock... Understandably, I'm reluctant to email them as they never responded to the first, but I wondered if anyone has any experiences with them good or bad, or a way of contacting them other than the email on the website shop? I'm beginning to suspect it would be better to try and source the parts elsewhere, but that was the only place I've found selling an Anakin RotS conversion kit... Thanks in advance

I've bought a couple of things from TFX, and although the items themselves were fantastic quality, the communication was a little lacklustre. I don't understand why people have to write emails entirely in capitals. But he is a good guy I think, and is legitimate when it comes to sales and products (althought he did charge me international shipping, despite the fact we live in the same country....)

Justin had said that he was an okay guy to deal with, and as much as I trust Justin's judgement on costuming issues, I still haven't receieved a reply to any of the emails I sent... I forget who it was, but someone said that they always emailed a propective source with a minor inquiry to gauge the responce, and I think this is a policy I might start operating by. In the end, I've decided not to buy the conversion kit, and simply source alternative (although admitedly) not as accurate parts elsewhere, with a source I know I can trust. I did however use my fiance's ebay account to purchase 3 covertec knobs from him, which has actually done more to lower my opinion of him. His auction instructions insist that a person contact him within three days of the bit, or the sale will be rejected and a complaint lodged with eBay. Now, I wouldn't mind that so much, where it not for the fact that I've had no reply to any email I sent him directly, what is now three weeks ago. Pot calling the kettle black does not begin to cover that kind of hypocratic attitude, and seeing as you were charged international shipping but still live in the same country, I'll definitely be giving this guy a wide berth in future...
