good job. if you'd like to fix the sagging in front I have an answer. I had the same problem on my first belt. When you are putting the front together add some rivets to the smaller belt right after the belt keepers. If you do this right it will have 2 effects:
1) It will hold the weight of the buckle so the front doesn't droop.
2) It will heep the belt keepers from sliding off.
