Other brands don't hold well? Leda how does the industial velcro work for you when you've added the rivits? I saw some at Wal-mart, if yours holds up after heavy use, maybe I'll get some

Heck, I'd just make a brand new belt. But that's me. If I was a leather master like you, I would too. I ended up using some Elmer's Craft Bond and it seems to be holding well. I didnt cut the belt shorter. I think I'll use a pouch to conceal the seam. Of course, I still have to modify that pouch to make it thinner.

And you should make sure the leather does not have a heavy oil finish on it, or nothing will stick to it.
