I've post a few designs in a new thread. I'll try and make a more feminine design.

Here are the pics of the sabre I had been working on for my girlfriend. She doesn't like the design too much so it's now becoming one for me. I even put my initials on in Aurebesh. www.freepichosting.com/Albums/421571937.htmlI'll end up painting it mostly black with some dark green and purple highlights. The design is meant to mock amphistaffs a little bit. PS: Sorry about the pic quality, I only have a webcam.

It's plain old grey PVC. It looked like this without the black marker on it. www.freepichosting.com/Albums/421571937/12.htmlP.S. I'm done the new sabre that my girlfriend wanted since she didn't like this organic looking one. I'll post pics when I can get a chance. It's similar to Luke's ESB in some ways but way simpler than most. Just a chrome pipe with PVC inside for strength. Wire's wrapped around the PVC and exposed near the emitter shield.

Palpatine's saber certainly has a very elegant and flowing design, it certainly has a more 'feminine' design than some of the others in the films The 'Scratchbuilt Sidious Saber' thread has some good pictures that could be used as guidelines

just saw this thread. You know Asajj Ventress' hilt are feminine, even though they are sith. come to think of it they're about the only thing feminine about her.

I've always liked that particular design since I first saw it in a comic book.
