Here's a couple of hilts I've designed. Waiting on the quotes from Random Sabers to have them made. What do you all think of them? pages.sssnet.com/rodeo/Megan Saber Colored.jpg[/img] Inspired by Ki-Adi Mundi's saber pages.sssnet.com/rodeo/My Saber Colored.jpg[/img] Inspired by Obi-Wan's TPM saber Caan

I happen to like both. It takes a lot of work to design those on the computer. Caan, which program did you use to draw these? I'd like to design myown sabre but doing so with a mouse free hand would be a bit hand cramping.:-)

I used Paint Shop Pro and did it free hand. Though I did use the "Copy" and "Paste as new Layer" features so I didn't have to draw all the grip ridges. It only took about 1 1/2 hours for each one. The second one's pommel is the same as Obi-Wan's except that I took the cubes and extended them so they are more like thick fins. It was hard to get that correct for the drawing so it may look a little off.

Had to make some changes to the Obi-Wan knock off to bring the cost down. Just took the "Fins" off the pommel and changed the shape of the "cut-outs" on the emitter casing. After making the changes, I actually like it better. That should be the saber on my belt at Celebration III.
