Anyone up for a swim at CIII? Not that we'll have the time! The first time I got to use the pool at a con hotel was just this year at DragonCon... In the hurricane! That was different!

Well, it's a good thing to do at the end of the last day. even with a hurricane, but in Indy, more likely a Twister!

I'll take a heated pool and a twister over the cold Gulf or lake and a few (4) hurricanes. I'm hurracaned out for a few more months.

Hmmm, yeah I would say you guys had your share of hurricanes this year! But a twister would **** the water right out of the pool... darn sensor... well you know what I mean... that thing that a vacuum does. I'm so mad that I threw out my inflatable Luke Skywalker speeder.... the one that I bought right after the special edition came out. The kids were little then and they just trashed it.... it was all moldy and had holes, so.... I should have saved it... I wasn't thinking! It would have made a great Jedi pool toy for CIII!

I saw my first swimsuit ad of the season today in the paper. If you thought driving home fron Atlanta was rough, think of us who got hit with 4 of those.

Really? Well I guess that's Florida! I'm seeing "beat the winter blahs" adds for vacations in the Caribbean. White sand... palm trees, clear blue water.... Ok... stop Leda!

I remember those day in Illinois ... 30 days of gray skies, and the temp going from a low of 29 to a high of 31
February was the longest month.

We've had fog fog fog all week! Karm has only had school one day due to dense fog that of course clears up 20 minutes after they cancel. Argh!

Today was pretty warm.. like 40ish I think... wel, not that warm. But I was stuck in the house all week (down with the flu or something) and today was the first day I'd been outside. Got the new Victoria's secret catalog... some nice carribean swimwear in there. *tries to think warm beachy thoughts* Nothing Jedi-ish in there though, far as I could see.
